Vendor MUST HAVE an Arkansas Business License Number
There is a business license form below
Payment is accepted via CashApp, Venmo, or Credit Card($5 extra charge).
After application and payment we will Email your space number the week of the show.

The Event is held Rain or Shine, unless cancelled by The Promoter.
There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason.
Blacktop Markets is not liable for any theft of property, damage, or accidents occurring on the grounds.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blacktop Markets, associated staff, contractors, and management from any and all liability.

Day of Event–
Use Exchange Street and offload onto the sidewalk,
Park before you setup.
Load in Times – 8am-10am
Spaces will be marked with cones.
Tents must have 3 open sides per the city.
Canopies must be weighted(we suggest at least 20lbs per leg).
Bring your own extension cords, tables, chairs, canopies, etc.
Please be respectful of other vendors.
Show Time is from 10am-4pm
IF YOU LEAVE EARLY, YOU WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK!
Early Breakdown is not allowed.
The vendor retains liability and assumes all risk of loss and/or damage on site or in connection with transportation, display, storage, and sale of merchandise at Market Days.
Vendors are responsible for all their trash, if you leave trash, you will not be welcome back.
